David Beattie - Etcher / Printmaker

In the deluge of computer generated photo reproductions laughingly called "Giclees", David's etchings stand today a clear head and shoulders above these so called"prints". David draws, etches and hand prints individually, finely detailed studies of the surrounding countryside and its people using techniques developed by the "Old Masters" and unchanged in over 400 years.

Workshop and Gallery open April - October,

Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm, closed Wednesdays Saturdays and Sundays

David will happily accept visitors outside these times and days if telephoned first.

Directions: Turn off from A484 (signposted Llandygwydd), the gallery is situated 500 yards up the village road opposite the phone box.
